  • Eureka! I know what’s going in Tampa finally, and this is based on feedback from prospecting calls we’ve been making. Users have excess space they couldn’t give back in the downturn, and as their businesses grow they are putting that excess space back into use. This doesn’t explain why we aren’t seeing new deals come to our market, but it’s helping understand our current base.Two great articles about local growth and how we are marketing ourselves are linked here below. I’m happy to see the Port of Tampa and Lakeland both marketing themselves in ways I believe show their potential in years to come!
